Shipping policy

Processing time Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. During exclusive drops or high-demand periods, processing may take a little longer — we'll always aim to get your order out as quickly as we can.

Shipping within Australia We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post. Estimated delivery times:

• Standard shipping: . 3–7 business days
• Express shipping: 1–3 business days

Free standard shipping on orders over $150.00.

Local pickup Free pickup is available from Wavell Heights. Select "Pickup" at checkout and we'll email you when your order's ready to collect.

International shipping We currently only ship within Australia.

Order tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow it every step of the way.

Delays While we do our best to get orders to you on time, delivery timeframes are estimates only. We're not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or other events outside our control.
